Using the workspace

Scopefolio helps freelancers and their clients record project agreements, decisions, delivery, invoices, and payment tracking. The freelancer is responsible for the accuracy of project content, for choosing client participants, and for the payment instructions they give clients. Scopefolio does not collect project invoice payments.

Users must access only workspaces and projects assigned to them. Do not upload material you do not have permission to share or use the service to send unwanted messages.

Free early access

Access is free during early access, without a 14-day cutoff or a credit card. Invited client participation is free. We expect to introduce paid subscriptions later and will give at least 30 days' notice before any charges. A free workspace will not convert to paid automatically.

Records and help

Workspace owners can export project records, including private working material. Clients can export only records shared with them. Download links expire after seven days. Published agreements and issued invoices retain their recorded history when corrected or revised.
