Information we use

We store account names, email addresses, workspace and client contact details, project agreements, requests, invoices, payment records entered by freelancers, and files you upload. We also process sign-in and security events needed to operate the service.

Freelancers choose which project files and records to share with assigned clients. Client access is limited to their assigned projects; private estimates and working records remain with the freelancer.

Service providers and security

Production project files are stored privately with Amazon Web Services in Singapore. Amazon SES processes service emails. New Relic collects application and limited browser performance data so we can diagnose failures. Browser session replay and browser telemetry cookies are disabled.

Support emails and their attachments are processed by Amazon SES and forwarded to a support inbox hosted by Google. Raw incoming support messages are retained in private AWS storage for 30 days; correspondence in the support inbox is retained while needed to resolve your request. Do not email passwords or other secrets. Messages flagged as unsafe may be held for manual review.

We use signed sessions, access controls, and private file storage. Email links expire; do not forward them to people who should not have project access.

Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help stop automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for this verification. We do not include your form contents in verification requests.

Failure notifications contain technical error types, application code locations, timestamps, and correlation identifiers. Raw error messages, request contents, and job arguments are excluded. Stored diagnostic details are removed after 30 days; email delivery audit records are retained.

Your choices

Workspace owners and assigned clients can export their permitted project records. Export download links expire after seven days. Contact us to discuss access, correction, or deletion requests; some agreement, invoice, and security records may need to be retained to preserve their history.

We use the information described here to run Scopefolio and support its users. We do not use project content for advertising.
